Booking

The customer books a time. The AI does the rest

Allocator offers the times that actually fit the plan — the right area, the right day, the right resource. Working days fill themselves, with no manual scheduling behind the scenes.

What the customer is offered

The week is full of free slots. Allocator offers only the ones that join a trip the technician is already making.

  • Tuesday afternoon — A service trip is already going to Kamppi that day, so this visit joins the same trip.
  • Thursday morning — Thursday already has a visit in Kallio nearby, so this one adds no extra driving.
An illustration of the times a customer is offered. The week has free slots on every day, but Allocator puts forward only two: Tuesday afternoon, because a service trip is already going to Kamppi that day, and Thursday morning, because Thursday already has a visit in Kallio nearby. Every other free slot would mean a trip of its own, so it is not offered.

How it works

Three steps, no planning meeting

  1. 01

    The customer picks a time

Booking happens where it already happens — your booking page, a phone call, the ERP. There is nothing new for anyone to learn.

  2. 02

    The AI guides the choice

Allocator does not list every free slot. It offers the ones that fit the existing bookings, the location and the resources available that day.

  3. 03

The booking lands in the right day

The visit slots into the right area, day and resource on its own. Nobody has to move it afterwards.

One engine

The whole operational picture, weighed at once

Allocator weighs the skills a job needs, the bookings already on the calendar, the locations being visited and the capacity of the fleet — all at the same time, rather than one rule after another.

The optimisation is continuous. Every new booking is placed against the plan as it stands right now, so the calendar stays coherent instead of drifting apart over the week.

The payoff

More efficiency without extra work

For the business

  • Less driving between visits, because bookings cluster by area on their own.
  • Steadier utilisation — fewer half-empty days, and fewer overloaded ones.
  • More work through the same team, without adding people or vehicles.

For the customer

  • Booking is quicker — a handful of times that work, not a wall of empty slots.
  • Better options, because every time offered is one the plan can actually keep.
  • Fewer moved appointments, since the visit is placed right the first time.

Runs on the ERP you already have

Allocator reads from and writes to the systems you already run, so bookings, customers and resources stay in one place. No heavy replacement project — the booking logic sits on top of what exists.
